Our Accountant- Bookkeeper is responsible for performing the accounting work necessary for our bookkeeping clients.  This includes monthly data entry, gathering detailed information from our accounting clients in a diligent and customer-service oriented manner, reconciliations, cash flow statements, AP/AR statements, inventory statements, payroll tax deposits and returns, payroll processing, sales tax deposits and returns, QuickBooks set-up, QuickBooks trainings, estimated tax payment calculations, tax planning, tax return preparation, etc.  The Bookkeeper must be driven to go the extra mile to take care of our ongoing bookkeeping clients.
